MCGALLEN & BOLDEN GROUP SEPARATES PUBLICITY AND OTHER CONSULTING SERVICES

SINGAPORE, Friday, 10 May 2002 - McGallen & Bolden Group, previously headquartered in Ireland, has separated its publicity and other consulting services to better serve its corporate customers.

McGallen & Bolden PR Corporation, based in Delaware, USA, and associate firm McGallen & Bolden Associates in Singapore, will be jointly accountable for all publicity-related work, including public relations (PR), direct marketing, marketing consultancy, advertising counsel, brand positioning, market research, and custom publishing.

McGallen & Bolden International Consulting Inc., based in Delaware, USA, will now handle all non-publicity related work, such as training and development, e-business, e-learning, knowledge management, Internet and wireless consulting, network security assessment, and total quality management (TQM). Projects in Asia will be coordinated by previous board member and current advisor Dr Seamus Phan, who will be the licensee and co-owner of intellectual property developed at the firm.
