SINGAPORE, 20 May 2002 - McGallen & Bolden Knowledge Inc., part of McGallen & Bolden Group of companies, has been incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA. McGallen & Bolden Knowledge Inc. will now be responsible for all technology and training consulting work, and McGallen & Bolden International Consulting Inc., incorporated since 1999, will become an inactive entity. All consulting work of McGallen & Bolden Knowledge Inc. will be the sole fiscal and consulting responsibility of Dr Seamus Phan, co-founder of the McGallen & Bolden group of firms, who will be the full licensee and joint intellectual property owner of the firm's training and technology programs and content.

McGallen & Bolden Knowledge Inc., will have the registered agent and address in Wilmington, Delaware, USA, and will have forwarding addresses in Sarasota, Florida, as well as Singapore.
